Easter baking

When it’s rainy, stressful, uncomfortable or simply it’s Sunday or Easter holiday I cannot resist the temptation of having a fling in my kitchen beating eggs and whipping cream.
In reality, any occasion is good to create marvellous sweets.
Feeling the joy of processing good products. Enjoying the smell. Experiencing the feeling of touching different consistencies.
My playing hands have fun while peeling or kneading.

I love to see the transformation of individual ingredients turning into soft and smooth batter. Baking is a feast for all senses which makes me forget the outer world. Concentrating my thoughts only on this single task.
Each time I bake, I admire the process of mixing selected ingredients which gradually turn into a sugary and mellow miracle.
And finally the heavenly taste of self made sweets…the joy of baking…
